Doesn’t it all begin with words?
You are what you say; you are what you write.
Who are you?
  Write it down.
Over time your words will change, and so will you.
How to you account for the changes? 
How do you keep track as you step from day to day?
Get in the habit of writing it all down.
A journal allows you to sort out your thoughts,
providing a written account of your self.
