Mondays are just young Fridays

We are our own grief, we
fear our own fears, and we
are the reason to rise above
all that haunts us, tempts us,
or hurts us.
Nothing is inevitable.
Anyone has a reason, excuse,
or meaningful interpretation
of their own perceptions or
probabilities.
Not everyone cares.
What does it matter? You are
accountable only to yourself.

  1. I have had enough of being angry with my friends and family members. Dragging around the weight of grudges and heartbreaks is wearing me out. So, at the age of 70, I have begun practicing forgiveness, meditation, and yoga. Life is too short and too sweet to harbor all that self-inflicted pain.
