Month: December 2015
We often continue looking
for that one transcendent
moment, that twinkle of
time, which may characterize
who we are,
or where we are, or
what we are; a moment
that will define, or determine
our lives.
There are many
such moments in a day,
in a year (or a lifetime), but
we look so hard for that
one particular moment,
we fail to see all the others.
Don’t look so hard,
just look . . . it’s right there.
Everyday moments, they
happen anywhere, and
everywhere.
Keep your eyes
and your mind open.
Reflect on what is, or
what can be.

“I know why families were created
with all their imperfections. They
humanize you. They are made to
make you forget yourself occasionally,
so that the beautiful balance of life
is not destroyed.”
-Anais Nin
