Or Why?

You can ask me when,
and I might respond with a why?
Or a what?

How can I know?

Oftentimes we wait. Sometimes
we don’t know what
we are waiting for, let alone
when.

How can we expect to know when
something might (or might not)
happen
if we don’t know if it will,
or should,
or why?

Always a why to each when,
or the where of the when,
again and again.
