A new day, a new week: a new week full of new days and new beginnings. Today we are beginners; we are each morning, and we are allowed this each week. A beginner’s mind is seldom confused and has not been corrupted by where we have been, or what we have done. It’s time to do something new. Do something today you have never done before. Break the patterns which have become ingrained. Drive a new route to work, or walk. Observe new things; a flower or tree you have not noticed before. Let a new sound pique your curiosity, or pick up a book you might never have thought you’d read. Be a beginner. Begin now. j.g.l.
