Be thankful today for what
you have, where you are,
and what you do.
Be considerate of your
friends and family; those
who have been there when
you need them, and
continue to be there,
when and if required.
Be aware of your strengths,
and everything you are
capable of.
Be mindful of those little
things you do each day
to make yourself a
better human, and
this planet a better place.
