At first it’s an injury, then a change in schedule or the time of the year, and then another excuse, or it is something else or the same as before, but for a little while you don’t go there anymore. You know where, and you know that you should, because when you step on the mat it always feel good (well maybe not at first, or sometimes it hurts, but you know what I mean). Still, somehow you don’t get around to seeing, and then you seem to stop believing. Stop putting it off, get back to the mat. Start believing, and start receiving. j.g.l.
