A bath at night will often relax tired muscles and give you time to settle down. It’s also a great time to scrub away the sins and the residue of all the muck or misfortune that has followed you around. A relaxing bedtime ritual, it may, on some days, be the one time you can be assured of no interruptions. Make this “me” time; light a candle, play some calming music, try to squeeze in a few extra soul-soothing moments before climbing into bed. Do it for you. j.g.l.
