Difficult times, frustrations, and upsetting days or events, the world keeps turning and the anger continues to burn. It’s too easy to take it all personally. What you see or hear is often an affront to your sensibilities or dignity. That’s okay, sometimes it takes outrage or offensive behavior to make you realize not only what is wrong, but where your morals or principles rest. You may also see the errors of your ways, and that will clear space for correction. It’s okay to be angry, it leaves room for forgiveness. Accepting your anger is the not most difficult task; forgiving yourself might be. 02/22/2018 j.g.l.
