The first thought, the first sip, the first cup of the day only lasts so long. . . but the feeling, any feeling, or emotion, lasts as long as you like, as long as you care, or as long as you remember to make it last. Feelings are what you think, what you know, and always what you remember about anything or anyone. Family, friendship, love and gratitude; think good thoughts today, and every day. Make them last as long as you want, and remember them for as long as you can.
