Play it safe. Keep it simple. Go look at some art. Climb on a bike. Pick out a favourite album (or three) and turn up the hi-fi. Go to a new restaurant with an old friend, or have a picnic in the park. Treat yourself to ice cream. Don’t read yesterday’s news (or social media feeds). Turn off the phone. Stay cool. No matter what you do, or how you do it, don’t let the weight of the week crush the spirit of the next few days. Summer is already to short, maximize your life. Adjust your attitude. Be good to your self. Have a great weekend.
