What comes down, will rise up.
           Bigger. Bolder.
Our landscape changing,
     skyline ever altered.
     Inner-city condominiums.
                        Premium space.
     Deconstruction,
     Reconstruction.
High-density population.
Real estate speculation.
         Urban renewal.
Gentrification respects nothing
except
     value per square foot.
        Market increases,
                    rising cost of living.
The price we pay
     for shelter.
                     Housing.
                        Home is not
                      what it used to be.
   Communities no longer.
      Branded neighborhoods.
Where we live, how we live and
     how we want to live.
Commodity.              Investment.
       What we can afford in this
widening income inequality
                   What can we afford?
