Categories describe us by race, gender, age and ability, yet we are all human.
   We have that in common.
   Division does not lead to diversity.
   Class and category need not define us; it is not for the common good. Commonalities need to strengthen our resolve and desire to be seen as one.
   Inclusion is something to celebrate.
   It shouldn’t be a lot to ask, especially now.
