How will you account for your time as the days progress, as well they should, and still you find yourself without any evidence of the afore-mentioned progress? How do you keep track? We keep diaries or journals, mental notes or electronic notifications to remind us of things we have done or care to do. Does it help? How relevant is it to what is really going on in our lives? How will you fill your time? Each day has 24 hours, but some days seem longer, or shorter, depending on your perspective.
