How can we understand the 
human experience if we don’t 
allow ourselves the time?

We are all human; full of flaws 
but always hopeful.

The high-speed of this life 
becomes overwhelming. We 
miss out on what we don’t 
feel and rarely see what is 
meant to be.

In time we may understand.

    Chance encounters,
      or those 
          which pass us by. 
    Each has a purpose 
            or lesson 
               that may 
           take years 
        to answer why.
   We do not expect, and 
       are even surprised by,
         what could happen 
        in the blink 
                  of an eye.

Mondays are just young Fridays

Think about how you want to walk in this world. You may already have decided long ago and continue along your path. Or miles, weeks, or years back you got sidetracked.

   It happens. It’s human.

   It was your decision to make.

   Yes, people may have passed you by but, remember, you selected your own direction. Maybe that is better than simply following the crowd.

   Walk on.

our current state

You can’t fully prepare yourself for what is to come. It is unknown and uncertain and not knowing is often where we dwell.
   Uncertainty gets us thinking, keeps us curious about who we are and what will become of the days, weeks, and years we leave behind.
   We do indeed live in the moment(s), yet those that preceded this time will continue to influence our current state of mind.
   Past tense.
   Present tense.
   What was is not what is now.
   The sooner you are able to grasp all that, the better able you are to understand how you can you be ready for the future? It need not be such a definite moment, but it will define you, whether you will admit it or not.
   What you say, what you write, what you experience or what you remember does have a lasting impression.
