The other side of the shadow is

softer than before.

Daylight growing stronger, soon to

be much more.

Frustrations felt just yesterday

may fade throughout today.

You, only you, will approach them

as you try to make your way.

without thought

Observations, realizations,
immediate reaction to all senses.

To absorb it all is to uncover
what is within, without thought.

It makes its way from mind to page.
It recites itself without asking.

Life lives in the meter and rhythm,
naturally, if it is taken in. Poetry.

May: the month.
Maybe soon we will know
the temperature and truth
that has avoided us until now. 
May sunshine find its way to you 
today, and tomorrow too.

as it happens

Shall we take notice of events not

perceptibly evident amidst daily

crisis or chaos, yet nonetheless as

crucial to maintaining our balance.

   Not immediately immeasurable,

growth happens on its own. Yes,

conditions must be favourable, as

permitted, as it happens. It takes

little notice, yet you must. Try.

  Details; determination does not

disrupt our days but will heighten

our awareness. Mindfulness ever

isolates intention, however slight.

   Evidence always, as if proof.

   Growth waits for when the time

is right. Ardent speculation, even

mere anticipation, will not hasten

its pace. Growth will arrive in the

most certain, unpredictable ways.
